RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns:

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is available

To begin a return, reach out to us with your order details and a brief explanation. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

What We're Unable to Accept:

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Undergarments or intimate wear
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, or misuse

Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or colour, we're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
  • All exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images.
  • We'll make it right - whether through a replacement or a refund.

Refunds:

  • Once a returned item is received and reviewed, refunds are processed within 5 - 7 working days.
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
  • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end

Shipping for Returns:

If we've made a mistake, we'll cover the return shipping. For all other approved returns, shipping is arranged by the customer.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

In-Store Purchases:

Returns or exchanges for items bought at our physical locations follow in-store policies and may differ from online orders.
